Learning Journey to ITE College West

On 11 May, our Secondary Four Normal (Academic) and Normal (Technical) students visited the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) College West to gain deeper insight into the various courses that are offered by the institute as well as the entry requirements for each course. Through this visit, our Secondary Four students had a greater understanding of ITE educational pathways, and the overall post-secondary educational experience offered by ITEs in general. In addition, the visit also included an Early Admissions Exercise (EAE) Workshop which shared the necessary steps that the students had to take when they create their EAE portfolios and prepare for their EAE interviews.

The ‘Come Visit ITE College West Learning Journey’ has definitely provided greater clarity to our Secondary Four Normal (Academic) and Normal (Technical) students on the possible post-secondary educational pathways through the ITE and supported their readiness for the EAE application period in June.
